Leidos Government Health & Safety Solution Group in Windsor Mill, MD, supporting the End User Centric IT Support (ECIS) Contract for CMS,seeksto advance our organization. Our program delivers end-user centric IT solutions to CMS, aiming for an innovative and seamless experience with their systems. We focus on secure IT integrations, user devices, infrastructure, and applications for a smooth CMS user experience while protecting data.The candidate will work in an Agile ITIL environment with a strong DevOps focus, as part of the ECIS M365 Engineering Services Team. You will provide expert support for the M365 Power Platform, designing, developing, and delivering software solutions that enhance Microsoft product experiences.You'llindependently develop solutions or recommendations for complex problems, often requiring a flexible schedule.You may need to present technical documents tailored to customer environments andobjectives. Participation in scrum sprint activities related to M365 Power Platform solutions is expected. Clear communication with technical staff and senior management, both written and verbal, is essential.Additionalduties include troubleshooting and collaborating with Service Desk,Datacomm, EUA, Security, and Engineering Teams on technical issues.Primary ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance of the Development and Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will work in an Agile ITIL environment with a significant focus on DevOps. As part of the ECIS Development Team, you will provide expert support for the M365 Power Platform. Your role will involve designing, developing, and delivering innovative software solutions to enhance user experience across various Microsoft products and services. You will independently develop solutions to resolve a wide range of complex issues for both internal and external customers, including vendors, often requiring a flexible work schedule.Additionalresponsibilities include troubleshooting and collaborating with other technical groups like Service Desk,Datacomm, EUA, Security, and Engineering Teams. Other duties will include:Lead the architecture and design of enterprise PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) and Power Automate Flows.Design, develop, and deploy custom applicationsutilizePower Apps.Create andmaintainworkflows through Power Automate to streamline business processes.Utilize Copilot Studio and AI Builder to integrate AI within developed solutions.Integrate Power Platform applications with other Microsoft and third-party applications.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with businessobjectives.Conduct code reviews and solution assessments for Power Platform deliverables.Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.Gather requirements from business analysts and stakeholders, translate them into technical solutions.Assistwith customer workshops toidentifypain points and design effective solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless integration.Promote a collaborative culture and foster innovation.Develop engineering documentation on current and proposed solutions, including Visio diagrams and run books.Work independently andprovideteam guidance when necessary.Participate in Agile Scrum sprints and other Agile ceremonies asrequired.Keep up with emerging technologies and evaluate their impact and benefit to the customer.Provide guidance on risks related to data privacy, ethics, and compliance.Basic QualificationsTheminimumrequirements to be considered for the position include a BS degree and 12 – 15 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 10 - 13 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.Candidates must be able to obtain andmaintaina Public Trust or higher security clearance.Proficiencyin Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Dataverse arerequired.A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, is essential.Familiarity with Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps, and their integration with Power Platform is necessary.Proficiencyin programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, and SQL isadvantageous.Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth is also preferred.All candidates supporting the CMS programs must have lived in the United Statesatleast three (3) out f the last five (5) years prior in order to be considered.Preferred QualificationsComprehensive understanding of Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).Extensive experience with API integrations and custom connectors.In-depth knowledge of data management and governance.Proficient with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft 365 services.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.Previousexperie
