Solid experience as a BA able to inquire, understand, articulate, and document business requirements/impacts etc. Strong documentation skills for project deliverables, e.g., Functional specification, Business requirement documents, etc. Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills; ability to identify areas of risk and develop effective mitigation plans. Strong oral and written communication skills. Conduct workshops with the stakeholders to gather, AS IS process and To Be process.
