Affiliate Manager

EMCD is a global Web3 infrastructure company building a complete ecosystem that includes Pool, Coinhold, Wallet, Exchange, and P2P products.We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to scale and strengthen our global partner network in the crypto / trading / exchange space.You will play a key role in driving user acquisition, building long-term partnerships, and optimizing affiliate performance across multiple markets.Key Responsibilities:Source, onboard, and develop partners in the crypto / trading / KOL ecosystem.Work closely with affiliate teams, trading communities, and influencers.Build and scale affiliate programs across CPA / Hybrid / RevShare models.Negotiate and structure custom partnership deals.Analyze traffic quality and performance metrics: FTD, deposits, turnover, LTV, retention.Collaborate with Product & Analytics teams to improve conversion and trading volumes.Represent the company at industry events (Token2049, Consensus, etc.).Build and manage a strong affiliate pipeline and achieve acquisition KPIs.Requirements:2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Business Development within crypto, trading, or exchanges.Strong understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, FTD, churn, revenue share.Knowledge of influencer funnels and traffic monetization.Proven experience acquiring partners for trading platforms /exchanges.Ability to work with high-volume traffic and high-ticket audiences.Understanding of compliance and risk considerations in crypto.Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.Russian, English Intermediate or higher; Spanish is a plus.Nice to have:Experience working with CIS and Tier-1 markets.Personal experience in trading.Established network in crypto / trading ecosystem.Personal Qualities:Creative and strategic thinker.Strong results-oriented mindset.Data-driven decision maker.Team player with strong collaboration skills.Ability to build long-term partnerships.Strong reporting and analytics mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-changing crypto environment.What We Offer:A chance to build and scale an affiliate program from the ground up in a fast-growing global Web3 company.Fully remote work from anywhere in the world with a flexible work schedule;100% paid sick leave and vacation;Corporate pricing for company products and the opportunity to set up your own mining farm using EMCD's infrastructure.Work in a leading mining pool with in-depth industry training.Salary in USDT.Ready to build the future of affiliate marketing in Web3?
