Join us to empower more businesses with technology.About the role:You will sit within the Corporate Strategy & Ops team and own the digitalization of internal operations end-to-end, from spotting where manual work and broken processes slow the business down, to shaping the solution, to shipping it. You define the what and why, prioritize the roadmap, and you're capable of building simple tools, MVPs, and prototypes yourself using AI-assisted vibe coding or low-code/no-code platforms. For anything heavier, you pair directly with Solution Engineers who take the build to production. You are the bridge between business stakeholders and the build.How You Work:Operate as the product owner for internal tooling. Decide what gets built, in what order, and why, based on business impactGet hands-on: build simple tools, MVPs, and prototypes yourself using AI-assisted vibe coding or low-code/no-code platforms then hand off to engineers for production-grade builds when neededThink from the user & customer perspective, designing for the people who actually run sales, CRM, finance, and ops every dayTreat internal stakeholders as customers: discover the real problem before jumping to a solutionFocus on speed and impact, prioritizing the work that removes the most manual effortJob Description:Partner with business stakeholders across sales, CRM, finance, and ops to uncover pain points, then translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and scopeRapidly build MVPs and prototypes yourself to validate ideas before committing engineering resources, using vibe coding or low-code/no-code platformsPair with Solution Engineer to scope, build, and ship internal tools and automation workflows to productionRun delivery as project lead such as track schedules, surface risks and blockers early, and keep cross-functional parties alignedDefine success metrics for each tool and measure adoption and impact post-launch and iterate to give better impactWrite clear documentation, SOPs, and intake/scoping criteria to standardize how internal solutions are requested, built, and maintainedContinuously challenge existing processes and propose better ways of workingJob Requirements:3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product management, project management, or a related analytical/delivery roleBachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical disciplineStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiencesProven ability to design, scope, and deliver projects start-to-finish independently with minimum supervisionHands-on capability with AI-assisted prototyping / vibe coding (e.g. Cursor, Next.js, Vercel, Supabase) and low-code/no-code platforms or a strong, demonstrated eagerness to get there fastProduct sense: able to break ambiguous problems into clear requirements and prioritize ruthlesslyBias toward rapid experimentation over perfection, with the judgment to balance speed vs scalabilityExtreme comfort in an ambiguous, fast-paced, collaborative environmentOriginally posted on Himalayas
