Sales Operations Executive

We’re a UK cleaning company and we’re looking for a Sales Operations Exeutive to help clients find the right services and convert leads into bookings.The Role: You’ll manage warm leads, provide excellent engagement, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.Key Responsibilities:Convert leads into bookings.Advise clients on appropriate cleaning services.Maintain accurate CRM records.Achieve monthly sales targets.What We Offer:R8,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000/month).Remote position.40 days paid leave.Opportunities for growth.RequirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.Own reliable laptop/desktop.Originally posted on Himalayas
