The Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking an **IT Quality Assurance \- Senior Specialist** to play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of enterprise applications that support the agency’s mission to improve public safety by positively changing lives. As an IT Quality Assurance \- Senior Specialist, you will lead testing initiatives through the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts, testing frameworks, and custom testing tools. You will validate that business and technical requirements are implemented correctly, applications perform as expected, and software solutions align with industry best practices before they are deployed to production. This role serves as an independent quality advocate, providing objective testing and validation throughout the software development lifecycle.
