Founding US-based Account ExecutiveSnapshot: $120K–$150K base · $240K–$300K OTE + equity · Remote (US East Coast) · Up to 50% travel · No visa sponsorship · 3–7 yrs enterprise SaaSTHE OPPORTUNITYOur client is a fast-growing, Series A AI company (~50 people, European HQ) whose video-based AI agents monitor, optimize, and automate industrial production. Growth is standout: ARR up 5x in the past year and net revenue retention above 380%. As the first US commercial hire, you'll build the North American GTM from scratch, working directly with the CEO on six- and seven-figure deals into manufacturing and industrial accounts.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild, own, and scale a pipeline across manufacturing and industrial verticals. Grow six-figure deals into seven-figure, multi-site AI programs through expansion. Navigate complex enterprise buying cycles with executive and operational stakeholders. Partner with the CEO and product/engineering to shape US GTM and roadmap. Travel up to 50% for on-site prospect and customer engagement.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEFirst 90 days: learn the product and industrial buyer, build a US pipeline, and advance early deals.
