Job Description
The purpose of this role is data analysis/guided deliverable development in support of assessment/strategic deliverables.Job Description:Very strong Excel skills required (VBA not necessary)At least 1-2 years of experience with Snowflake SQL, Python, PysparkStrong presentation skills required (PowerPoint)Excellent written and oral communication skillsSQL, Advance Excel, multi-variate statistics, logistic regression, and multiple regressionAt least 1-2 years of experience and proficiency in Data Visualization Tools like Tableau or Power BI requiredFamiliarity with DatabricksExperience in Marketing Analytics with at least 1-2 years of experience with Marketing Campaign performance evaluation, determining and tracking key KPIs like incremental lift, cost per product etc. to determine campaign ROIAbility to discover hidden insights or complex patterns through advanced multi-variate data mining techniques on un-structured business problems and be able to tell a story from the dataAbility to translate analysis insights into actionable recommendations and strategies for the clientsAbility to build XG Boost or Machine Learning models to segment customer population and well acquainted with modeling techniquesAbility to explain advanced analytical methodology and present results to non-technical audiencesAbility to execute advanced analytic tasks (including but not limited to modeling, segmentation, DOE, forecasting, etc.) and create meaningful analytical outputsAbility to identify areas for statistical innovation or process improvement, do independent research, develop innovative approaches or processes/codes to 1) improve client business results, 2) improve efficiencies, 3) reduce potential errorsAbility to determine quantitative methods for solving client issuesExperience:1-2 years of experience in quantitative marketing arena, marketing campaign measurement/evaluation, in database and/or digital (addressable) marketingPossess core analytical competencies such as ability to formulate an analytical problem; QC data and results; Summarize key findings/insights; Tell an effective story using the data and make actionable recommendations; develop new and innovative analytical solutions to solve challenging business problemsPossess client/team engagement competencies such as gather specifications, develop analytical roadmap and approach and manage expectations, and coordinate delivery with internal teamDevelop project plan; manage the day-to-day tasks; and meet project deadlinesWork effectively across teams to ensure client satisfactionContribute to innovation, process improvement, standardization - Deliver high quality analytical solutions on-timeAcademic Requirement: Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) OR Master’s Degree in statistics, math, economics or related scientific/quantitative field plus several years' experience in applied disciplines; Advanced degree (M.A., M.S., Ph.D.) preferredThe annual base salary range for this position is $68,000-$112,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted bylaw. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
