**Job Details:**
* **Location**: Remote
* **Schedule**: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST , open availability from **Monday through Sunday**, 8\-hour shift
**Your Impact:**
* Be the **friendly and helpful voice** for customers exploring storage solutions
* Deliver exceptional service via **phone, email, live chat, and video support**
* Handle **account updates, billing questions, online rentals**, and payment processing
* Promote **insurance, products, and special offers**
* Submit and follow up on **maintenance requests**

**What You’ll Bring:**
* **2\+ years** of customer service or call center experience
* Calm, friendly, and confident **phone demeanor**
* Strong **multitasking and tech skills**
* Bonus points for **sales/upselling experience**
* Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus!
* Familiarity with tools like **MS Outlook** and **Sitelink**
