Remote work\-from\-home position (Monday \- Friday, 8:00 am \- 5:00 pm CST) This is a full\-time hourly W2 position Minnesota or Wisconsin residency required Start date \- ASAP **Position Description:** We’re looking for a detail\-oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online experience to support the day\-to\-day financial operations for a portfolio of clients. In this role, you’ll handle transaction processing, account allocations, reconciliations, and routine bookkeeping tasks that keep client financial records complete, organized, and up to date. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys structured work, consistency, accuracy, and nerding out over a spreadsheet. You’ll collaborate with a supportive, close\-knit remote team and maintain ongoing client communication and relationship\-building to ensure information stays current and work moves forward smoothly. In this role, success comes from accuracy, consistency, responsiveness, and ownership of assigned work. **Position Responsibilities \& Expectations:** Bookkeeping responsibilities are performed using QuickBooks Online * Manage day\-to\-day bookkeeping for assigned clients, including transaction allocations, account coding, and maintenance of accurate and complete financial records. * Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained. * Process accounts payable activities, including invoice review, expense coding and allocation to appropriate accounts, bill entry, payment processing, vendor record maintenance, year\-end 1099 preparation, and sales tax filings. * Support accounts receivable activities, including invoice entry, payment application, and monitoring outstanding balances. * Record payroll transactions, including journal entries, liability tracking, and reconcile payroll reports from third\-party providers (e.g., ADP, Gusto) to ensure accuracy in the general ledger. * Prepare monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely completion. * Ensure all assigned work is completed on time in alignment with established deadlines, processes, client expectations, and client budgets. * Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members through phone, virtual, and written communication, providing clear and timely updates as needed. * Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously through strong prioritization, organization, and time management. * Work independently to complete assigned responsibilities while engaging with internal team members for support, clarification, and collaborative problem\-solving as needed. * Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. * Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and ongoing professional development. * Attend and actively participate in required meetings, trainings, and team activities. * Contribute to a
