Serves as a key partner to HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and operational leadership to ensure accurate position management, compliant compensation practices, and reliable workforce data that supports organizational planning and decision-making.
This role oversees the full lifecycle of position control, including creation, modification, movement, and inactivation of positions aligned to approved staffing plans and budget authority. Administers compensation transactions such as salary changes, bonuses, and compensation adjustments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal pay structures and approval workflows. Maintains and audits employee records, job requisitions, and job descriptions to ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment across HR systems and organizational structure.
Additionally, this position supports Talent Acquisition through requisition creation and maintenance, processes employee lifecycle transactions in Workday Core HCM, and conducts regular audits of HR data for accuracy and compliance.
