LOCATION: Northeastern U.S. (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE, OH). Remote position but must reside in a northeastern state.SUMMARYWe’re seeking a Clinical Content Specialist – Nursing to join our dynamic team and help advance our mission of empowering nursing faculty and students through innovative educational resources. The Clinical Content Specialist will play a key role in supporting faculty adoption of best practices, integrating our solutions into curricula, and preparing students for licensure and professional practice.The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving nursing education. Responsibilities include faculty training/coaching, product integration, public speaking, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver strategic, high-impact faculty engagement, ensuring effective integration of Lippincott and NurseTim products and services into nursing curriculaContribute to product updates and collaborate with the nursing education team to ensure alignment with academic needsApply analytical thinking to address challenges in nursing education and promote student successCollaborate in a team-based environment to develop solutions, drive initiatives, and achieve strategic goalsStay informed on trends in nursing education and their implications for student outcomesChampion innovation in preparing future nurses for a rapidly evolving healthcare landscapeQUALIFICATIONSEducation: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required.Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN licenseExperience:Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing educationDemonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologiesKey CompetenciesExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills for building relationships with faculty, academic administrators, and internal teamsProficiency in educational technology and platformsDeep understanding of NCLEX, adult learning theory (andragogy), and clinical judgment developmentProven ability to analyze educational challenges and implement evidence-based solutionsSelf-directed, professional, and committed to integritySkilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesDetail-oriented with strong organizational and planning capabilitiesEmbraces change and innovation in education and organizational processesFocused on creating efficiencies and standardization to enhance client and company outcomesWillingness and ability to travel to support business objectivesFamiliarity with Lippincott, NurseThink, and NurseTim products preferredTRAVEL: Up to 30% for client training, coaching, meetings, and conferencesOur Interview PracticesTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
