From inventory management and point-of-sale to CRM, ecommerce, and payment processing, we deliver industry-specific solutions backed by exceptional service.We are seeking a versatile and performance-driven Marketing Manager & Digital Advertising Specialist to support marketing efforts across our business units while also leading digital advertising initiatives for both internal brands and client accounts.This is a unique hybrid role designed for someone who can operate both strategically and tactically owning core marketing functions while also executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.In the near term, this role will balance internal marketing leadership (≈50%) with hands-on digital advertising execution (≈50%). Over time, as our digital agency services scale, this position will evolve into a more specialized, client-facing digital marketing role, with additional internal marketing support added to the team.If you’re someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited about building both marketing programs and scalable service offerings, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising & Client-Facing WorkPlan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta for internal brands and client accountsConduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget optimization to maximize ROIMonitor campaign performance and continuously refine strategies based on data and trendsManage multiple client accounts with a focus on performance, retention, and satisfactionMeet with clients to understand goals, set up accounts, and present results and recommendationsDeliver clear, actionable reporting and insights on campaign performanceStay current on PPC, paid social, and digital advertising best practicesMarketing Management & Internal GrowthDevelop and execute marketing strategies across multiple business unitsPlan and manage inbound marketing campaigns including email, SEO, content, and social mediaOwn content creation efforts including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing collateralBuild and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and automation workflowsManage website updates and performance in collaboration with internal and external teamsTrack and report on marketing performance, lead generation, and funnel metricsPartner with Sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goalsMaintain brand consistency across all channels and business unitsContent, Brand & Campaign ExecutionManage content calendars and develop SEO-driven content strategiesCreate and publish social media content, and engage with audiences across platformsDevelop sales enablement materials, case studies, and client-facing assetsSupport webinars, podcasts, and thought leadership initiativesAssist with trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns as neededStrategic Growth & InnovationCollaborate with leadership to shape and scale digital marketing offerings for clientsIdentify opportunities to improve marketing performance, processes, and toolsContribute to the development of new service lines within the organizationHelp define the long-term structure of the marketing and digital services teamQualifications2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on experience in PPC (Google Ads and Meta)Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns with measurable resultsExperience in broader marketing functions such as content, email, SEO, and campaign strategyStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneouslyExcellent communication and client-facing skillsSelf-starter who is comfortable operating in an evolving, growth-focused environmentExperience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms is a plusGoogle Ads and/or Meta certifications preferredWhat Success Looks LikeStrong performance and ROI across paid advertising campaignsConsistent lead generation and mark
