Contract, remote, $60–$110/hr, 100 openings. we are looking for developers with 1+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of: Python, Rust, Go, Java, Node.js, full-stack development, Android, or iOS. No prior AI experience is required. The work is mainly about applying real software engineering judgment: writing/reviewing code, debugging, reasoning through technical problems, and helping improve how AI systems handle software development tasks. Important: the AI interview is a key part of the process. Before taking it, prepare to clearly explain: - how you approach debugging an unfamiliar issue - how you reason through tradeoffs, not just final answers - how you structure clean, maintainable code - how you evaluate edge cases and failure scenarios - how you communicate technical decisions clearly - examples from real projects where you fixed bugs, improved performance, or made architecture decisions The interview is not only checking whether you can code.
