SUMMARYThe Partner Operations Team accelerates Wiz’s growth via the Partner ecosystem by driving strategy, planning and execution through our Partner programs, processes and systems. As we continue to grow at an incredible speed, we work to ensure each team member is set up for success at every phase. Reporting to the Director of Partner Operations, as a Senior Partner Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to build and scale our Partner operations to support the company’s growth and our expanding Partner routes to market. A successful candidate for this role works in strategic partnership with our Partner Sales teams to identify priorities, execute impactful programs and processes, and drive accountability by measuring results. WHAT YOU’LL DOReceive feedback from Sales and Partner teams to help define strategic projects and process improvements to ensure an easy engagement model for Partners selling WizRun enhancement projects or new builds and be responsible for ensuring they are delivered with comprehensive UAT to minimize impact post-production launch and enabling all parties on the new changesWork cross-functionally with other teams to support operational programs aligned to the overall organizational strategy Deliver scalable “run the business” operational support of the Partner organization at Wiz Be a support resource both externally for our Partners and internally for Wiz teams on all things Partners at WizBe responsible for the data integrity in Salesforce of all data relating to the Partner programs and processesOwn the Wiz Partner Portal platform from an administrative lens and be responsible for all enhancements to the platformWHAT YOU'LL BRING4 - 6 years experience supporting Partner operations activities, ideally at SaaS and/or Enterprise-focused organizations Experience implementing programs and processes that scale; a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get work done as the organization growsComfortable with being flexible in responsibilities as the organization grows and our routes to market expand and support the evolving needs of the businessStrong knowledge of Salesforce objects and flows is a must, experience with Looker a plusAdministrative experience owning and operating ImpartnerProven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels and from a variety of functionsBenefitsWiz offers a competitive package of benefits and programs to support you and your family.
