You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Regional Sales Managers, owning the front end of the sales process: identifying high-potential prospects, sparking meaningful conversations, and opening doors that lead to lasting partnerships. This is a high-activity, high-impact role — think 100+ outbound prospect touchpoints per week — built for someone who thrives on momentum, loves the hunt, and finds genuine satisfaction in connecting the right people to the right solutions.If you're a natural connector who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, build relationships from scratch, and take ownership of your results, this role was made for you.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Own the top of the funnel — identify and research high-value prospects in the hearing care space, generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)Make things happen — conduct 100+ weekly outbound prospect calls, positioning Audigy as the business solution that helps independent hearing care providers grow and thriveSet the table for success — schedule discovery calls and membership overview presentations that give our RSMs the best possible shot at closingBe a strategic partner — collaborate with sales leadership to build and execute an annual business development plan aligned to growth targetsStay sharp — gather market intelligence, complete Information Discovery Forms, secure NDAs, and ensure every prospect interaction is thoughtfully followed upKeep the team informed — deliver clear monthly summaries of pipeline activity and results, helping leadership make smart, data-driven decisionsShow up — support company events and initiatives as needed, representing the Audigy brand with professionalism and enthusiasmWHAT YOU BRING:A proven track record in sales or business development — you know how to prospect, persevere, and performHigh phone confidence — you're comfortable making cold calls and turning cold conversations into warm relationshipsStrong organizational skills — you can manage a large, active pipeline without letting anything slip through the cracksExcellent communication skills — you listen actively, speak clearly, and write professionallyA collaborative mindset — you work well with sales teams and understand that your success is tied to theirsTechnology proficiency, including MS O
