Our platform delivers early, high\-quality exploit intelligence, deep asset correlation, and contextual insights to help organizations stay ahead of emerging threats. **About the Role** We're looking for an organized, detail\-oriented Bookkeeper to support our Controller with the day\-to\-day financial operations of a growing SaaS company. You'll assist with core accounting functions — from Accounts Payable/Receivable to month\-end close — and help ensure our books remain accurate as we scale. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean books, thrives on routine, and wants to grow within a finance team at a tech company. This is a 100% remote role with preference for candidates based in either Portland, Boston, or Austin. **What You'll Do:** * Support with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity * Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations * Prepare and post journal entries as needed for period\-end closes * Assist in preparing supporting schedules for financial statements as needed * Support during external audits * Maintain organized records and supporting documentation * Flag process gaps and support the Controller in implementing workflow improvements **What You'll Bring:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance * 3 \- 5 years of accounting experience, with meaningful exposure to SaaS or tech industry * Strong understanding of GAAP * Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows * Proficiency in Quickbooks * Proficiency in Ramp or other bill pay systems * Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc) * Experience leveraging AI\-assisted tools to support day\-to\-day tasks * Must be tech\-savy and comfortable learning new tools and software * High attention to detail and data accuracy * Must have the ability to manage high transaction volume accurately * Comfortable operating independently in a fast\-moving environment * Bonus: Cybersecurity experience **What We Offer** ----------------- We believe people do their best work when they feel supported, trusted, and valued.
