Our mission: to make the used car trade more efficient and transparent through technology, data, and smart processes.deine aufgabenBuild and expand a European supplier network for used vehicles (including OEMs, leasing companies, fleet operators, dealerships, and remarketing partners)Identify, approach, and acquire new suppliers to support our remarketing and wholesale operationsDevelop and maintain strong supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, performance reviews, and process optimizationAnalyze sourcing markets and define strategies to increase vehicle availability and portfolio diversityCollaborate closely with internal teams (Remarketing, Sales, Product, Data) to streamline supplier processes, interfaces, and data flowsDevelop and implement data-driven sourcing strategies to improve transparency, availability, and cost efficiencyMonitor and report key KPIs (e.g., sourcing volume, activation rate, conversion, supplier performance) to management and stakeholdersanforderungenSeveral years of experience in sourcing, remarketing, or B2B vehicle trading, ideally with OEMs, leasing companies, fleet operators, or digital platformsStrong networking and acquisition skills within the European used car ecosystemExcellent strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills, combined with a solid understanding of digital business modelsFluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plusA proactive, communicative, and hands-on work attitude with a collaborative mindsetdiversity @ 2trde2trde stands for equal opportunities as an employer.
