Bookkeeping Solutions Specialist

ConnectBooks is a growing company building accounting and bookkeeping solutions for ecommerce and marketplace sellers. We're expanding our team and looking for a Bookkeeping Solutions Specialist to help our customers succeed. This is a unique role that combines bookkeeping expertise, customer support, and customer\-facing product consulting. We're looking for someone with a strong accounting and bookkeeping background who enjoys helping businesses solve problems and working directly with customers. The ideal candidate is a senior bookkeeper, accountant, or accounting professional who is comfortable explaining accounting concepts, troubleshooting issues, and participating in customer demonstrations. **Please note: this is not a sales position.** You'll act as the accounting expert who helps prospects and customers understand, implement, and succeed with ConnectBooks. **What You'll Do** *Sales \& Demo Support* * Join product demonstrations alongside our Account Executives * Serve as the bookkeeping and accounting subject matter expert during customer meetings * Answer accounting, reconciliation, and workflow\-related questions from prospects * Help prospects understand how ConnectBooks solves their accounting and operational challenges *Customer Support* * Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product\-related issues * Investigate accounting discrepancies and reconciliation challenges * Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to resolve complex customer questions * Provide clear and professional communication to customers *Customer Success \& Training* * Help onboard and train new customers * Guide customers on accounting best practices and workflow optimization * Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base content * Provide feedback to our Product team based on customer needs and requests **Qualifications** *Required* * 3\+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations experience * Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices * Experience with QuickBooks Online * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills * Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simple, customer\-friendly way * Comfortable working directly with customers in meetings and support interactions *Preferred* * Ecommerce accounting experience * Experience working with Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or marketplace sellers * Experience in customer support, consulting, implementation, or training roles * Familiarity with software integrations and data troubleshooting **How to Apply** To apply, please send a short **Loom video** to **hr@connectbooks.com** telling us about your experience and why you're applying for this role.
