The role, in a nutshell:We’re hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to help us better understand our business and make faster, better decisions. This is not a reporting role. You’ll own the financial model, KPI infrastructure, and performance insights, working closely with the Head of FP&A as a true thought partner.You’ll translate strategy into numbers, bring structure to ambiguity, and proactively surface insights that shape how we operate. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to drive impact, not just report on it.If you’re excited by ambiguity, enjoy building from scratch, and want a seat at the table for real decisions, this is a high-impact opportunity.What you’ll do:Own the financial modelBuild, maintain, and continuously improve operating and cash flow modelsTranslate strategic initiatives into scenarios (pricing, headcount, GTM changes)Stress-test assumptions and proactively surface risks and opportunitiesEvolve models as the business scales and changesBuild and run KPI infrastructureDefine and own core business and sales KPIsBuild dashboards that leadership actively uses to make decisionsPartner with Sales, Ops, and Finance to ensure metrics are accurate and actionableContinuously iterate on metrics that are not driving behavior or outcomesGenerate business and sales insightsAnalyze revenue, pipeline, sales efficiency, and unit economicsDeliver clear insights on what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what to do nextProactively identify trends and issues before they show up in resultsSupport high-impact ad hoc analyses tied to real business decisionsAct as a thought partner to leadershipWork closely with the Head of FP&A on strategic questionsBring data-backed hypotheses and perspectivesChallenge assumptions constructivelyHelp drive tradeoff decisions across growth, efficiency, and cashWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical roleExperience in consulting and/or high-growth startup environmentsExposure to sales, revenue, or GTM metricsStrong bias for action with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfort operating in ambiguity with imperfect dataDecision-oriented mindset focused on outcomes, not just reportingAbility to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional partnersTechnical skillsAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiencyFamiliarity with planning tools such as Pigment or AnaplanExperience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plusWho we need:We need a builder and a thinker.Someone who can take an ambiguous problem, turn it into a structured model, and drive clear insights that influence decisions.
