We are looking for an experienced **Executive Assistant** to serve as a trusted partner to our Global CEO. * Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, itineraries, meeting schedules, time\-zone considerations, schedule changes, and contingencies
* Coordinate board, investor, partner, client, and prospect meetings, communications, materials, version control, distribution, and deadlines
