We're a certified B Corp with a no planet B ethos, and we need someone to carry that torch while our ESG Lead is on maternity leave.The Role: Operational, Story-telling and High-ImpactThis isn't a role where you'll be writing a strategy from scratch. The roadmap, the Science Based Targets, and the decarbonisation pathway are all set. What we need is a self-sufficient operator who can pick up the reins and drive it all forward. Someone who can keep 200+ B Corp commitments on track, manage our carbon accounting, and be the go-to ESG voice across the business.Think of it as being the ESG business partner for an entire scale-up. You'll work across every team, from marketing to procurement, translating complex sustainability data into action, storytelling, and board-level reporting.
