Candidates must have medical/pharma writing experience. **Responsibilities:** * Lead multi\-channel creative development across digital and print touchpoints to drive cohesive brand positioning and elevate client engagement. * Direct end\-to\-end copy creation and campaign execution while establishing rigorous standards for clinical accuracy, annotation, and regulatory compliance. * Architect data\-driven strategic proposals and partner cross\-functionally with creative, account, and client stakeholders to solve complex healthcare marketing challenges. * Mentor direct reports and optimize agency resource allocation to ensure flawless project execution, team growth, and sustained profitability. **Qualifications:** * 7\-10\+ years of healthcare advertising agency experience specializing in medical, technical, and creative copywriting. * Mastery of full\-spectrum digital and print execution, creative concepting, and medical\-legal\-regulatory (MLR) review processes. * Proven track record of strategic brand leadership, client consultation, and effective team management within the pharma category.
