Working remotely from South Africa, you’ll be joining a high-performing recruitment team with a strong presence across multiple sectors.This position focuses on qualified, professional-level candidates where precision, professionalism, and consultative sourcing are key.Key ResponsibilitiesSource mid to senior-level professionals for permanent and contract placements in the UK.Engage in structured candidate outreach using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases.Qualify candidates through in-depth screening conversations.Collaborate with UK-based recruiters to understand complex job briefs and talent requirements.Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and strong relationship management.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum 3 years of candidate sourcing experience, in mid-senior level roles.Prior international experience within English-speaking countries is a must.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.Experienced using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM systems.Capable of managing multiple roles with attention to detail and urgency.Self-disciplined, proactive, and highly organised.Must have a laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.Originally posted on Himalayas
