Job Description
This is a remote position.This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients.Haldren is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our internal content team. This is a fully remote role based in South Africa and a genuine opportunity to work alongside a talented, fast-moving team that operates across a wide range of media, platforms, and projects. From video and social media to press releases, advertising, and presentation content, no two days look the same. You will work closely with the content team, helping to coordinate, prepare, and deliver work that is polished, on-brand, and on time.
RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the content team across social media, press releases, video projects, and presentation decks
Assist with refining copy for ads, posts, and outreach materials
Help maintain content calendars and track deliverables
Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading content across formats
Liaise with internal teams to gather briefs, source information, and ensure content accuracy
Support the preparation and formatting of decks, reports, and client-facing materials
Assist with scheduling and publishing content across social media channels
Support video production coordination including briefing, scheduling, and asset management
Help compile content performance reports for the team
Help maintain consistency of brand voice and visual standards across all content
RequirementsSome experience in a content, marketing, communications, or related support role
Strong written English with a feel for tone, clarity, and brand voice
•Familiarity with social media platformsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable working with content calendars or project management tools
Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
Proficiency with standard tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, or similar
Nice to HaveExposure to content or marketing work across multiple brands or entities
Interest or experience in multimedia content including video or audio formats
Familiarity with professional services, recruitment, or executive search content
Basic understanding of social media scheduling tools
