Let the magic happen!If you're interested in this opportunity, click APPLY TO POSITION to proceed.********************************************************************Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-11286 Lead Nurturing & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Junior-Senior Level (Remote).Overview20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.A multi-location fitness franchise owner is seeking a dedicated Lead Nurturing & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant to support lead follow-up, outbound calling, appointment booking, and lead reactivation across four fitness locations. The primary objective of this role is improving speed-to-lead and increasing the number of prospects who attend their first Burn Boot Camp session. The ideal candidate has previous appointment-setting or outbound calling experience, communicates confidently over the phone, and thrives in a high-volume, performance-driven environment. This is a phone-first role. The majority of each shift will be spent contacting new leads, responding to prospect inquiries, re-engaging older leads, and booking prospects into their first class. Administrative work is intentionally limited so the VA can focus on conversations and conversions. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Lead Nurturing & Speed-to-LeadContact new inbound leads as quickly as possible during assigned shift hoursPrioritize prospects who have recently responded to text or email campaignsBuild rapport with prospective members and answer general questions about the introductory class experienceBook qualified prospects into their first Burn Boot Camp sessionMaintain consistent communication throughout the lead nurturing processOutbound Calling & Lead ReactivationConduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective membersRe-engage cold and previously inactive leadsFollow established call cadences and outreach workflowsHandle common objections professionally and confidentlyEncourage prospects to schedule an introductory classAppointment ManagementSchedule appointments directly within MindBodyConfirm upcoming appointmentsFollow up with no-shows to rescheduleConduct win-back outreach to prospects who attended a trial but did not become membersCRM & Activity TrackingRecord call outcomes and follow-up activitiesMaintain organized lead tracking spreadsheetsDocument objections, appointment status, and next stepsProvide accurate daily activity summaries as requiredEach engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
