We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and communicates clearly and professionally across written and verbal channels. This role supports marketing performance through reporting, analysis, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across marketing initiatives.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Essential Functions:Individual Contributor: Succeed by embodying our company values Embrace an uplifting culture Have a service-focused attitude and ability to develop relationships with a variety of internal stakeholdersMarketing Tasks:Maintain and update recurring reporting dashboards and spreadsheets to support marketing analytics, performance tracking, and leadership visibility Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports, templates, and shared documents Assist with compiling insights related to lead and campaign performance Work closely with marketing teams to document issues, resolutions, and outcomes Support the marketing team with administrative and operational tasks that require precision, organization, and follow-through Communicate findings, updates, and action items clearly to internal teamsEach engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. SkillsThe Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:Experience working with marketing data, reporting, or analyticsHigh proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), including formulas, organization, and data validationFluent in English, with clear, professional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with excellent project and time management skillsExperience working with multiple business stakeholdersGreat problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects Work ScheduleContracted Hours per Week: 40 HoursScheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)Daily Working Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ESTNote: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above.
