We help dental practices nationwide find qualified professionals and are looking for a motivated **Business Development Representative** to help us grow our client base. **This is a sales and client acquisition role — not a recruiting role.** Your primary focus will be prospecting dental practices, reaching hiring decision\-makers, identifying hiring needs, and bringing new clients to Desort. ### **What You'll Do** * Prospect dental practices nationwide and identify new business opportunities * Reach **practice owners, office managers, HR leaders, and hiring decision\-makers** * Cold call, email, use LinkedIn, and conduct consistent outbound outreach * Introduce and sell Desort's recruitment services * Identify current or upcoming hiring needs * Turn prospects into **new clients and recruitment contracts** * Follow up consistently and manage your sales pipeline * Build strong relationships with dental practices * Work with our recruiting team once a client search is established ### **Who We're Looking For** We are looking for a **hunter and self\-starter** who enjoys creating business from scratch. * Experience in **B2B sales, business development, recruiting, staffing, or client acquisition** * Comfortable with **cold calling and consistent outbound prospecting** * Confident speaking with business owners and decision\-makers * Strong communication and relationship\-building skills * Persistent and comfortable with follow\-up * Self\-motivated and able to work independently * Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, CRM, and prospecting tools * **Recruitment/staffing sales experience is highly preferred** * Dental industry experience is a plus * Spanish/English bilingual is a plus ### **Compensation** **Commission\-Based \| No Base Salary \| Uncapped Earning Potential** This is a **commission\-only position** with no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation. Your earnings are directly tied to the **new business you generate for Desort** .
