This role blends full-cycle recruitment with hands-on HR coordination, including onboarding support, documentation, and people operations assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating at the intersection of hiring and HR in a remote, high-growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for select roles across multiple functionsPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelinesCoordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and system accessSupport HR processes such as employee records, compliance documentation, and policy coordinationMaintain accurate candidate and employee data within ATS and HR systemsAct as a point of contact for recruitment-related and light HR inquiriesRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Senior Recruiter with exposure to HR or people operationsExperience supporting both recruitment and HR coordination activitiesPrior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be consideredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities while working within EST hoursPreferred QualificationsBackground in HR administration, people operations, or onboarding coordinationExperience in media, podcasting, or digital content environmentsFamiliarity with employment documentation and compliance processesTools & TechnologyApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)HRIS or employee record systemsSlack, Zoom, Google WorkspaceScheduling and onboarding coordination toolsPlease NOTEIt is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
