Job Description

Theralytics is looking for a **Customer Support Representative (remote)** to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support to ABA therapy providers using our practice management and data collection software — with a focus on assisting users in the creation and customization of forms, such as session notes. You'll play a key role in helping customers get the most out of our platform. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone, primarily related to form creation (e.g., session notes), editing, and workflows. * Troubleshoot issues, guide users through solutions, and escalate complex cases as needed. * Meet with customers to understand their form\-related needs and provide tailored guidance. * Collaborate with the support and product teams to relay feedback and identify recurring issues. * Help maintain support documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles. * Stay up to date on platform updates, especially changes related to forms functionality. **Requirements** * 1\+ year of experience in a customer support or help desk role (SaaS or healthcare software preferred). * Experience creating forms or working with customers to understand and translate their requirements into system workflows. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable learning new software tools and explaining technical processes to non\-technical users. * Organized, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple support requests efficiently. * Familiarity with ABA therapy or practice management software is a plus.
