Job Description
**Position Summary**
Ingomar Club is seeking an enthusiastic and detail\-oriented Club Experience Coordinator to help create exceptional experiences for members through outstanding communication, administrative support, and service coordination. This fully remote role serves as a central point of contact for membership inquiries, reservations, event registrations, and member engagement initiatives, ensuring every interaction reflects the club's commitment to personalized hospitality and excellence.
The ideal candidate is organized, service\-driven, and enjoys building meaningful relationships while delivering exceptional member support.
**Responsibilities**
**Member Experience**
* Serve as the primary contact for members through phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
* Respond to inquiries regarding memberships, club amenities, dining reservations, recreational activities, and upcoming events.
* Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service that enhances the overall member experience.
* Escalate specialized requests to the appropriate department when necessary.
**Club Coordination**
* Coordinate dining reservations, event registrations, and special member requests.
* Assist with new member onboarding and welcome communications.
* Support membership renewals, account updates, and profile maintenance.
* Communicate important club announcements, seasonal events, and exclusive member offerings.
**Member Engagement**
* Build positive relationships with members through proactive communication and follow\-up.
* Assist with member appreciation initiatives, surveys, and engagement campaigns.
* Collect feedback and identify opportunities to improve club services and member satisfaction.
* Support programs designed to strengthen long\-term member retention.
**Administrative Support**
* Maintain accurate membership records and electronic documentation.
* Perform data entry and update CRM and membership management systems.
* Prepare reports, correspondence, newsletters, and event\-related communications.
* Assist with administrative projects and operational support as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, membership services, hotels, travel, tourism, event coordination, retail, office administration, or administrative support.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time\-management abilities.
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote work environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software, and web\-based business applications.
**Preferred**
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience working in a private club, country club, hotel, resort, restaurant, event venue, or hospitality organization.
