Develop risk management plans and strategies to ensure potential issues are addressed proactively.Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that services and deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence and align with organizational requirements.Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability. Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.5+ years of experience in IT project management or coordination.Prior experience working with a service management system, like Service NowProven experience managing projects in Microsoft Project, JIRA, SmartSheet, or similar types of project management softwareCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsTeam Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.Highly organized and detailed orientedPrior experience working with a Managed Services or IT Services providerPrior experience managing IT projectsBackground knowledge of IT Networking, Storage, Compute, or Database systemsFlexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.ITIL knowledge and international experience a plus.Passion for learning new technologies.Originally posted on Himalayas
