If you are ready to help reshape an industry, let's talk!About The RoleThe Sales Development Representative actively seeks new business opportunities, through engagement and building real relationships with potential customers. The right candidate will understand how to assess a gym’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. This is not a silo position. We want a collaborative and energetic individual that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams, to provide best in class solutions to fitness business owners.What You'll DoQualify leads from marketing campaigns and cold outbound as sales opportunitiesContact potential prospects through cold calls and emailsPresent our company to potential prospects via multi-channel effortsIdentify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesBuild long-term trusting relationships with prospectsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Account ExecutivesReport to the Sales Manager on sales resultsCommunicates prospective customer needs toAccount Executive and Onboarding TeamStaying current on company offerings and industry trendsUnderstanding customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authorityAccurately capture and report all aspects of account and opportunity information within HubSpotWhat You'll NeedPrior experience in the fitness industry (e.g., gym ownership, fitness studios, or wellness businesses) is required1-2 years of Sales experience, either in the Gym/Fitness industry or as an SDR/BDR is recommendedComfortable reaching out to leads via phone, email, and textWorking knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or SalesforceAbility to work effectively with minimal supervisionStrong project and time management skillsEnthusiastic about the fitness industry and dedicated to helping othersEager to learn and adapt to new concepts, ideas, and approaches.Competent with email, phone, Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar, and HubSpotCapable of screen sharing, mobile screen sharing, and presenting digital solutions effectivelyPreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience with CRM and Sales Automation Tools: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar toolsProven Track Record in Sales or Customer-Facing rolesBenefits & PerksHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (Company Sponsored 401k with Match)Life InsuranceFlexible Paid Time Off (and Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Work From Home StipendEquity Incentive PlanCompany Issued LaptopPushPress is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace.
