This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a vibrant industry while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely. **Responsibilities** * Engage with customers via phone, email, and online chat to understand their flooring and home decor needs, offering expert guidance on product options and design ideas. * Conduct detailed layout design consultations using SketchUp or CAD software to help clients visualize their projects and make informed decisions. * Present product demos and explain features of flooring materials, lighting solutions, and remodeling options to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. * Negotiate pricing, upsell premium products or services, and close sales efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence. * Manage account relationships by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries about maintenance or remodeling projects, and ensuring customer retention. * Collaborate with internal teams on merchandising strategies, marketing initiatives, and stock management to optimize product availability and presentation. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities using POS systems, track customer interactions, and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales within the flooring, lighting, or home decor industry is highly preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, or lighting design tools to assist with layout planning and client presentations. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer\-focused approach that emphasizes upselling without pressure. * Knowledge of renovation, remodeling processes, construction basics, and interior design principles is advantageous. * Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively. * Exceptional communication skills in English; additional language skills are beneficial for broader outreach.
