Job DescriptionWhat you will do:Conduct negotiations and bring on board Tier 2 publishers in the USNegotiate the potential terms of partnership on a different position level, establish good business connections with potential clients, participate in a real-time meeting and discuss different models of business scenarios with the publishers, close deals with publishers on attractive terms for the company, and use different sales approachesClosely collaborate with other related departments and teams, including the Publisher Success team and Demand Sales teamRequirementsWho you are:2+ years of experience in AdTech (Publisher growth and/or acquisition preferred)Ability to use HubSpot and perform massive outreachKnowledge of HubSpot and outreach toolsExperience with outreach to publishers and setting up meetingsGood understanding of publisher needs (monetization, engagement, UX, insights), also understanding of ‘below the article’ strategyStrong network with publishers and ability to negotiate complex dealsWill be a plusProgrammatic media and native ads. knowledgeTrack record of excellent performance in B2B salesWhat we offer:Base salary $65,000–$90,000This role is eligible for a quarterly bonus, health insurance, and paid time off.We value diversity and individuality.We hire based on skills, potential, and the energy you bring — never on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
