This role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to design and implement scalable ITSM solutions while aligning with OOTB best practices and business requirements.ResponsibilitiesImplementation & ConfigurationConfigure Service Mapping, CMDB relationships, and CI discoveryRestore and optimize OOTB Change Management models and workflowsImplement Employee Center with Virtual Agent readinessConfigure Workspaces and modern dashboard experiencesImplement Problem Management and Major Incident Management processesBuild Platform Analytics dashboards and operational reportsClient Advisory & EnablementLead stakeholder discovery and solution workshopsRecommend ITSM process improvements and platform best practicesGuide CMDB health and data quality initiativesAdvise on integrations with monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, and PingdomDeliver training and knowledge transfer sessionsDocumentation & Knowledge TransferCreate solution design and configuration documentationDocument as-built configurations and operational runbooksConduct administrator and support team enablement sessionsQualificationsRequired QualificationsServiceNow Expertise5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experienceServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – RequiredServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM – RequiredStrong expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service CatalogExperience with Service Mapping, Employee Center, Workspaces, and Platform AnalyticsTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of ServiceNow OOTB workflows and data modelsExperience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, Flow Designer, and Glide scriptingProficiency in JavaScript and CMDB CI relationship modelingExperience with SLA configuration and reportingConsulting SkillsStrong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skillsAbility to balance OOTB capabilities with custom business needsExperience leading complex multi-workstream ITSM initiativesAbility to work independently and drive deliveryPreferred QualificationsCIS in Discovery or Service MappingExperience with Virtual Agent, Now Assist, or AI/ML capabilitiesFamiliarity with ITOM, AIOps, and predictive intelligenceExperience in financial services or credit union environmentsExposure to monitoring integrations (LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, Pingdom)Pay RangeCAD $75.00 - CAD $95.00 /Hr.Originally posted on Himalayas
