**About Us** r/BlackPantherFanfic is a dedicated, inclusive community for fans of Marvel’s *Black Panther* across all media — from the MCU films and comics to animation, games, and beyond. We celebrate fanfiction, visual art, music, cosplay, and thoughtful meta discussion. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, active, and inspiring space where creators and fans can share their work, exchange ideas, and build connections around the world of Wakanda and its characters. **Role Overview** We’re hiring a full\-time Community Manager \& Content Creator to bring consistent energy, creativity, and stewardship to our subreddit. You will be the daily heartbeat of the community: moderating discussions, sparking fresh conversations, uplifting member creations, and drawing in new fans from across the Marvel and broader Black art/fandom ecosystem. This is a fully remote, independent role for someone who lives and breathes Black Panther, understands online fandom culture, and knows how to grow a healthy, engaged subreddit. **Key Responsibilities** **Moderation \& Enforcement** * Actively monitor the subreddit for a minimum of **6 hours per day** (scheduled in blocks, including occasional weekends/holidays for consistency). * Enforce community rules with fairness and transparency — remove spam, off\-topic content, and rule\-breaking posts/comments promptly. * De\-escalate conflicts, issue warnings/bans as needed, and maintain a respectful, positive environment. * Manage modqueue, reports, and modmail communication professionally. **Content Creation \& Daily Activity** * Create and post **at least 10 new posts per day** to keep the subreddit vibrant. Post types may include: * Discussion prompts (e.g., “What if Killmonger survived?”) * Worldbuilding challenges for writers and artists * Fanfic and fan art spotlights (with proper credit) * Curated shares of relevant cosplay, video edits, music, YouTube breakdowns, and social media finds * Meta analysis and speculation threads * Ensure all posts are on\-topic, high\-quality, and aligned with the community’s purpose. **Community Engagement** * **Upvote and leave genuine, encouraging comments** on member\-submitted content daily. * Maintain an engagement ratio of at least **1 of your own comments for every 2–3 comments left by others** on new posts, ensuring conversation never stalls. * Welcome new members, answer questions, and foster a warm creator\-first atmosphere. **Growth \& Cross\-Promotion (Engagement Farming)** * Strategically promote r/BlackPantherFanfic across related subreddits such as r/Marvel, r/MCU, r/ComicBooks, r/BlackPeople, r/BlackArt, r/BlackPanther, r/FanFiction, r/Cosplay, and others — always with authentic, non\-spammy engagement. * Build relationships with mods of complementary communities, organize cross\-posting events or collaborations where appropriate. **Additional Duties (Added to Strengthen the Role)** * **Event Planning:** Organize monthly community events (e.g., writing sp
