We're growing our US bookkeeping team and looking for a detail\-oriented professional to help our clients stay organized, compliant, and ready for tax season. What You'll Do * Manage full\-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of US\-based clients (accounts payable/receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, month\-end close) * Process payroll accurately and in compliance with IRS and state requirements * Support the preparation of federal and state tax filings/declarations * Maintain clean, up\-to\-date records in QuickBooks Online (or Xero) * Communicate directly with clients on financial questions, deliverables, and deadlines * Flag discrepancies and proactively resolve outstanding items What We're Looking For * Proven bookkeeping experience with US\-based clients * Solid understanding of IRS payroll rules and the US tax filing process * Strong hands\-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero, including payroll modules * Organized, detail\-oriented, comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once * Clear, professional written and verbal communication Nice to Have * Experience with ITIN/EIN applications * Enrolled Agent (EA) certification Pay: From $20\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
