Role OverviewWe are strengthening our expert team with an experienced Architect to work across a broad range of commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and mixed-use developments nationwide. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects achieve compliance with Building Regulations while supporting quality assurance throughout design, construction, and project completion stages.What You Will DoReview designs for compliance with building regulations, report design non-compliances and risks, workshop with design team to develop most suitable design solution for client requirements, apply problem solving to resolve design challenges, and coordinate inspections and compliance activities throughout all project stages.Why It Might Be a FitThis is an opportunity to play a key role in driving construction quality, improving project delivery standards, and contributing to technically challenging and high-profile developments.
