Your insights will directly influence product design and strategy, ensuring that our solutions are user-centric and effective.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch Planning & Execution: Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies. Data Analysis: Analyze research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development. Reporting: Present research findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and presentations. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX research trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance research practices.RequirementsQualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UX research. Technical Skills: Proficiency in various research methods and tools. Experience with remote research tools and platforms. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
