You'll be the connective tissue across our marketing efforts, creating content that builds our brand and fuels demand, equipping our sales team with the materials they need to win, and lending a hand when events need support.Skills we’d love to see you show off:AI Champion: You are on the cutting edge of AI and leverage AI as a core workflow to accelerate output, enhance quality, and continuously experiment with new ways of working Cross-channel marketing: You are able to seamlessly execute across content, campaigns, sales enablement, and events while owning work end-to-endExceptional storytelling: You create high-quality, insight-driven content and translating positioning into compelling stories across personas and funnel stagesEvents: You can support our events team with anything from content creation to campaign coordination to operations and logisticsProject management: You have strong project management ownership and can operate end-to-end across initiativesData-driven and highly collaborative: partnering cross-functionally and optimizing based on performance and real-world resultsWho you are (ideal profile):Your professional journey includes 5+ years experience in B2B marketingA modern B2B marketer who can connect strategy to execution across multiple functionsEqually comfortable thinking about the full funnel and messaging and actually building the assets that bring it to lifeResourceful and AI-native, you have experience implementing AI and know when to automate and when human creativity matters mostHighly collaborative, with a natural ability to work across sales, marketing, and leadership teamsCurious and insight-driven, focused on audience understanding rather than content volumeProactive and hands-on, willing to step in wherever needed to move the business forwardHow you will create impact (key responsibilities):Leverage AI as a force multiplier across everything you do accelerating execution, increasing output, and enabling a level of impact that goes beyond traditional marketing bandwidthSupport a high-impact content strategy across formats, developing insight-driven, differentiated content and scaling production through thoughtful use of AISupport and amplify events through strategic content, coordinated campaigns, and pre/post engagement plans that drive pipelineHelp build and optimize a best-in-class sales enablement ecosystem, creating and managing assets that directly influence deal progression and revenue outcomesOperate as a true marketing generalist, stepping in across campaigns, launches, and initiatives to connect content, channels, and conversion into cohesive, high-impact programsCompensationAt InStride, final offer amounts are dependent on multiple factors including location, depth of experience, interview performance and equity with other team members.We encourage you to talk with your recruiter to learn more about the total compensation and benefits available for this role.Compensation range:$95,000—$105,000 USDWe are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled, but also enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact.
