Job Description
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring supplier alignment and performance on accounts owned by a squad, managing service delivery quality to the client, and monitoring customer Objectives & Key Results (OKRs). You will partner with Engagement Managers to ensure supplier alignment and coordinate with the Language Services Team on resource recommendations and capacity planning.
