Learn more at ourassistants.com.Role ObjectiveOwn and execute client onboarding and implementation with speed, accuracy, and extreme attention to detail. This role exists to remove execution-heavy work from Client Success Managers so they can focus on strategy and relationships. Your role is to execute onboarding, ensure accuracy, and maintain visibility for internal stakeholders.Core ResponsibilitiesExecute end-to-end onboarding for:New clientsNew properties / acquisitionsPortfolio and package changesPerform detailed, manual implementation work:Data setup, uploads, configurationProcess-driven execution (no shortcuts)Work within Asana to manage tasks, workflows, and deadlines.Maintain clear status tracking so blockers are visible (e.g., missing client inputs).Support Client Success with operational tasks when onboarding volume is lighter.Required Experience & SkillsMust-Haves3+ years experience in:ImplementationOnboardingProject coordination / operations (hands-on execution roles)Strong experience using Asana (task management, workflows).Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven.Comfortable doing repetitive, technical, and execution-heavy work.Strong written English communication.Confident asking questions and pushing for clarity (not a “yes-to-everything” profile).Nice-to-HavesHubSpot experience (user-level or admin-level).SaaS, PropTech, or multifamily industry exposure.Experience supporting client-facing teams.Originally posted on Himalayas
