**Physician Assistant (PA) – On\-Site Telehealth Provider** **Location:** Canarsie, Brooklyn, NY **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM **Salary:** $155,000–$175,000 annually A healthcare organization in Canarsie, Brooklyn, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to provide patient care through telehealth. **Important: This is not a remote or work\-from\-home position.** The provider must work on\-site from the organization’s Canarsie office while conducting patient appointments virtually. **Responsibilities** * Conduct virtual patient evaluations and follow\-up visits * Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions * Review medical histories, medications, laboratory results, and diagnostic reports * Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications when appropriate * Provide patient education and preventive\-care guidance * Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, facility staff, and other healthcare professionals * Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record * Maintain professional and efficient communication with patients and the clinical team **Requirements** * Active New York State Physician Assistant license * Strong primary care or adult medicine experience * Comfortable evaluating and treating patients through telehealth * Strong clinical judgment and communication skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team * Comfortable using telehealth technology and electronic medical records * Must be available to work on\-site in Canarsie Monday through Friday **What the Position Offers** * Annual salary of $155,000–$175,000 * Consistent Monday–Friday schedule * No evenings or weekends * Office\-based telehealth environment * Supportive clinical and administrative team * Long\-term, stable opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a Physician Assistant who enjoys telehealth care but prefers the structure and support of an on\-site clinical office.
