This position will also work closely with their respective regional leadership team to maximize client satisfaction and net flow results in the region. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationship with plan sponsors' executive management and administrative personnelPlay lead role during Annual Plan Review, typically presenting the following the Plan Summary, Legislative Updates, Fund and Investment overview, Communication and Education history and opportunityTake a leading role at finalist presentations for clients in your regionFacilitate the plan setup process and ongoing administration of the planProvide advice and serve as a professional resource to internal and external clients by communicating pension related technical knowledge efficiently and effectively through correspondence, presentations, and/or consultation with clients.Partner with Marketing Communications to coordinate and customize participant communication to drive desired participant outcomesApply modeling and statistics to identify unique solutions to drive positive client outcomesMaintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends in the retirement spaceDrive client satisfaction and provide client references to leverage for business developmentAnticipate external customer needs and potential problems and fulfill client needs where possibleEnsures that Corebridge delivers on our service and performance agreementsProvide thought leadership to clients and the firmActively represents the department with all projects and strategic initiatives throughout the organization; Coordinates the planning, implementation, and monitoring of special projects. Skills and QualificationsMinimum 10 years’ experience is preferred in areas of benefits design, compliance, and Implementation with appropriate designation (i.e. CEBS, ASPA, etc.)Pension experience preferredBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or other related fieldMust demonstrate a thorough knowledge of ERISA and succeeding legislation governing qualified pension plan typesRecognized ability to deliver excellent customer service and customer retentionDemonstrated ability to continually meet and exceed Plan Sponsor and Participant goalsAbility to manage multiple institutional client relationships independentlyDevelops institutional client case studies and client references each yearDemonstrate effectiveness in dealing with client organizations, especially top managementMust have excellent oral and written communications skills including the ability to make presentations on complex informationFINRA Series 6 and 63 required as well as potentially SIE.Work LocationThis position is currently designated as remote.Why Corebridge?At Corebridge Financial, we prioritize the health, well-being, and work-life balance of our employees.
