Role OverviewAs Corporate Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal support and guidance across various aspects of our business, including corporate securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, global expansion efforts, and corporate governance matters.What You Will DoYou will work on corporate transactions, including venture financings, secondary transactions, and acquisitions, and support the company's corporate insurance program.
