Growth & Community Operator

We’re hiring a Growth Operator to help us understand where users already gather, what they care about, and how trust and traction emerge inside online communities.This is not a traditional marketing role.You’ll spend time inside Reddit, Twitter/X, Discord, forums, creator ecosystems, and niche online communities identifying:recurring pain pointslanguage patternsemerging narrativespower users and potential championshigh-potential distribution channelsWe care more about curiosity, internet intuition, communication, and initiative than polished resumes. This is a fully remote position open to candidates globally. The team primarily operates within Central European Time (CET/CEST), Berlin working hours is expected for collaboration and communication.TasksIn your first phase, we expect you to build a strong understanding of the landscape and generate actionable go-to-market insights through direct community engagement.
