Under general supervision, the Client Relations Coordinator will provide direct support and liaison to the Client Relations Management to perform related work as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSManage all initial communication with clients across multiple channels (email, calls, chat, etc.)Build and maintain comprehensive client profiles within the CRM systemQualify inbound leads through initial assessment of client background, preferences, and requirementsAssign high-value and suitable leads to Client Relations DirectorsSupport the team throughout all stages of the deal-closing processEnsure accuracy, completeness, and proper tracking of data within the CRM systemMonitor and trace lead sources to support marketing insights and future initiativesPrepare documents and conduct research as needed to support client requirementsPrepare PAC (Pricing and Availability Check) templates based on client requirementsReach out to property owners and managers to confirm availability, pricing, and termsAssist in creating proposals based on provided instructionsSubmit proposals for review and approval by the Team Lead and/or DirectorPerform other related tasks as assigned by the Client Relations Director – OperationsCOMPENSATIONCompetitive gross monthly salary ranging from €1,200 to €1,400Performance-based bonus structureMinimum of 20 days of paid time off annuallyPaid public holidays in accordance with the Serbian holiday calendarPaid sick leave in accordance with applicable Serbian labor lawWork equipment stipendPrivate health insuranceFlexible work schedule, subject to business needs and management approvalJob requirements3+ years of focus experience with hotel, travel, concierge & executive supportExperience with luxury or high-net-worth clients is preferred but not requiredBachelor's degree is a minimum educational requirementExceptional verbal and written English communication skillsStrong experience with CRM, Google Suite, and other organizational toolsMulti-tasking capabilities and working effectively under deadlinesKnowledge of customer service principles and best practicesFocuses and works together with team members in accomplishing work objectives.Actively appreciates the diverse capabilities, insights, and ideas of others and working effectively Sets high standards of performance for self-assuming responsibility and accountabilityOriginally posted on Himalayas
