Position OverviewWe're looking for a DSAR & Legal Ops Specialist to support our data subject rights operations and help us build smarter, more scalable legal processes.This isn't a traditional legal role, we're equally excited by candidates with backgrounds in data quality, legal tech, privacy ops, or process automation as we are by those with conventional legal experience. What matters most is that you're organised, detail-oriented, and energised by the idea of making complex workflows run more smoothly.You'll be part of the team that ensures our Data Subject Access Requests, deletion requests, and data access queries are handled accurately and on time and who actively looks for ways to improve those processes using automation and AI tooling. Responsibilities Own end-to-end handling of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), deletion requests, and data access queries in line with GDPR and applicable regulations.Maintain and continuously improve our DSAR intake, processing, and response workflows, reducing manual effort through automation where possible.Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation tools to increase accuracy, speed, and consistency across legal ops processes.Liaise with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, and HR, to fulfil data requests and support cross-functional compliance.Support the General Counsel with ad hoc legal operations tasks as needed. What we're looking forWe care more about how you think and what you've built than the specific field you came from.
