It is the policy of the Company to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran or disabled status, or genetic information. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **Position Title:** Production Operator \- Assembly **$19/hr ($19\.47 after 90 days) Mon\- Fri 7 AM \- 3:30 PM \+ overtime** **Position Summary:** The Production Operator – Assembly will be responsible for building through\-hole and surface mount printed circuit boards assemblies. **Essential Functions:** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Build through\-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) printed circuit board assemblies and chassis, placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation, and quality workmanship guidelines * Perform manual placement and hand solder through hole components per specifications * Prep circuit boards for stuff line and wave solder * Install electronic parts, apply solder mask, and apply solder tape to boards * Perform Electronic Data Entry work into computer system * Be responsible for crimping, soldering, auditing workmanship, reading drawings, and schematics * Be responsible for navigating through an inventory management system * Must understand and support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies. * Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations. * Must understand, support and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures and instructions. * Must understand and support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the goal tree. **Knowledge/Skills:** * Previous printed circuit board assembly experience * Basic math skills to including; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work
